Recipe:
- 1/4 cup butternut squash or pumpkin puree
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 serving of unsweetened protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
