Coaching Logistics

📅 Scheduling & Payments

• Your first coaching call must be paid for in advance and is non-refundable if canceled. However, rescheduling is always an option.

• Ongoing coaching is scheduled, booked, and paid one month at a time (3 calls in advance) and is refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.

• The cost of coaching is $125-$150 per session.

• The coach-coachee agreement is month-to-month and may be ended or restarted at any time. However, you will see the best results with at least 4 months of working together. Most clients choose to continue for 6 months - 1 year. I have worked with several clients for 2 years.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) incur a $50 fee unless it’s a true emergency.

📞 Call Format & Expectations

• Sessions last approximately 55 minutes and take place via Zoom (video) or phone—whichever you prefer.

• During each session, I’ll ask a series of questions designed to help you gain clarity, challenge limiting beliefs, and set actionable goals.

• After each call, you’ll send me a follow-up email summarizing key insights and the action items we agreed upon, ensuring accountability and progress.

🔄 Rescheduling

• I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.

• Emergencies happen, and I’m happy to accommodate when possible—just reach out!
