Recipe: Blended Vanilla Cinnamon Iced Coffee (sugar-free)

This is a refreshing summer drink to enjoy without added sugar. The way I make cold coffee is that I make a large amount of hot coffee and then store it in the refrigerator to use later.

Recipe:

  • 1/2 cup cold coffee

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • a small amount of stevia

  • a dash of cinnamon

  • ice

Blend in a blender for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
