Recipe: "Goddess style" tahini salad dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice from 1 lemon or 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Blend.Optional variations (each separately):

  • With mustard
  • With fresh herbs like chopped parsley or fennel (pictured)
  • With fresh chopped garlic
  • With fresh chopped ginger
