Recipe: "Goddess style" tahini salad dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice from 1 lemon or 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Blend.Optional variations (each separately):
- With mustard
- With fresh herbs like chopped parsley or fennel (pictured)
- With fresh chopped garlic
- With fresh chopped ginger
