Recipe: Peanut Butter Hot Cocoa

Sugar-free - vegan - paleo - primal - Bulletproof - organic - Fair Trade

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups vanilla flavored unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Fair Trade cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened creamy organic peanut butter
  • A couple dashes of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  • Optional (not vegan): 3 tbsp whipping cream

Directions:

  • Heat up the milk over the stove or in the microwave
  • Add all ingredients except cream in a blender or food processor
  • Blend
  • Pour into coffee cup
  • Rinse out your blender/food processor
  • Add cream and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until cream is whipped
  • Put cream on top of hot cocoa. It will not float but it will still taste awesome
