Recipe: Chia Seed Fat Bomb

Ingredients:

  • Dates
  • Chia seeds
  • Pistachios
  • Walnuts
  • Coconut oil

I did not measure quantities on any of these. I just poured them into a food processor and blended them until it looked good. If it's too wet with coconut oil to make into a ball that holds, add nuts. If it's too dry, add oil. Experiment!Sub any kind of nuts or dried fruit or seeds you want. The chia seeds give these a great crunch.After blending in a food processor, make into ball shapes and put on wax paper in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
