Recipe: cinnamon applesauce from scratch

Ingredients:

  • apples
  • water
  • cinnamon

Boom! So easy.Directions:

  • cut apples into small chunks
  • put them in a saucepan and fill halfway up the top of the apple line, or maybe a little more with water
  • sprinkle with cinnamon to taste
  • boil for a while. I dunno, 20-30 mins. Apples will soften more the longer you cook them. It's up to you for the texture.
  • when the mixture looks and tastes like applesauce, remove from heat.
