Recipe: hot quinoa porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Toppings of your choosing. (Pictured: almond butter, coconut flakes, cacao nibs.)

Prepare quinoa according to instructions on package.Warm quinoa and milk over stove or in microwave. Add toppings as desired.TIP: Make a large amount at the start of the week to save time.Also great with cinnamon and raisins, just like oatmeal.
